1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Publisha.io, a service operated by Laivisson OÜ.
By registering an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must stop using Publisha.io.

2. Description of Service

Publisha.io provides tools for planning, creating, and automating digital content publishing.
Laivisson OÜ reserves the right to update or modify the Service and its features at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

4. Account Responsibilities

Be responsible for all activity under your account

Laivisson OÜ is not liable for unauthorized use of your account resulting from your negligence.

5. Subscription and Payments

Publisha.io operates on a subscription basis (monthly or annual).
Payments are handled securely via Stripe or other authorized processors.
All charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Subscription prices may change with prior notice to users.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to.

Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or misleading activities
Upload content that infringes third-party rights
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the software

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, designs, and content within Publisha.io are owned by Laivisson OÜ .
You retain rights to your uploaded materials but grant Publisha a limited license to process, display, and store them for service operation.

8. Service Availability

We aim to ensure reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance or upgrades.
Laivisson OÜ is not liable for service interruptions or data loss.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
Laivisson OÜ reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or applicable law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Publisha.io is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laivisson OÜ shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Data loss or service interruption
Any damages exceeding the amount paid in the preceding 12 months

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia .
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
